We offer a 24-hour refund policy on your MailMateAI subscription, but only if you can provide clear video evidence that the core features (such as email syncing, AI responses, or task generation) do not function on your system.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Issues related to screen-sharing detection software.
• Delays in AI response time due to device or network performance.
• Change of mind after successful product usage.

How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to support@mailmateai.com.
2. Include your purchase receipt or order ID.
3. Provide a short description of the issue along with a screen recording/video clearly showing the problem.

Refund Processing Time

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation via email.
